Rothgerber Johnson & Lyons LLP is pleased to announce that attorney and partner Kristin Bronson has been recognized as one of the Denver Business Journal's "Forty Under 40."
The "Forty Under 40" awards recognize local, young dynamic business leaders, whose demonstrated involvement and excellence in both the local business sector and the community are helping to create Denver’s future.
Ms. Bronson has distinguished herself as a real estate trial lawyer and a business leader, succeeding in trials for multi-million dollar verdicts and judgments and chairing RJ&L's women’s and attorney training initiatives. She was recently appointed by Gov. Bill Ritter to serve on Colorado's Real Estate Commission, becoming the group's youngest and only female member. She was president of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Denver for 2007, and has served on its board and chaired committees for over five years. Ms. Bronson was honored as one of the "Lawyers of the Year" by Law Week Colorado in the Young Lawyer category for her achievements in 2007. She was also awarded the "Women Who Makes a Difference Award" by CREW Denver, and she was also given the 2006 Richard Marden Davis Award presented by Davis Graham & Stubbs, the Denver Bar Foundation, and the Davis Foundation.
Kristin is a 1990 graduate of the University of Virginia, served as a legislative assistant for U.S. Senator Bob Graham in Washington, and joined Rothgerber Johnson & Lyons in 1997 after receiving her J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law.
