The law firm of Rothgerber Johnson & Lyons LLP is pleased to welcome, Joshua F. Bugos, Nicole K. Gorham, Lindsay L. McKae, Jeffrey D. Phipps, and Kristine L. Poston as new associates in the firm's Denver office.
Joshua Bugos graduated cum laude from Western Illinois University, and received an M.A. from Temple University, and his J.D., cum laude from Temple University Beasley School of Law. Mr. Bugos is focusing his law practice on business transactions, real estate law, insurance related matters, contractual disputes, and commercial and complex civil litigation.
Nicole Gorham graduated cum laude from Duke University, and received an M.PA. from Syracuse University, Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs, and her J.D., cum laude from Syracuse University College of Law. Ms Gorham is focusing her law practice on business transactions and contractual disputes, commercial and complex civil litigation, real estate law, and labor and employment law.
Lindsay McKae graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder , and received her J.D. from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law, with the honor Order of St. Ives. Ms. McKae's law practice focuses on a wide array of corporate, securities, and business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. She also represents buyers and sellers in real estate transaction and borrowers and lenders in financing commercial aircraft transactions.
Jeffrey Phipps graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and received his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Mr. Phipps is focusing his law practice on commercial and complex civil litigation, including construction and real estate litigation, contract disputes, and labor and employment matters.
Kristine Poston graduated from Truman State University, and received an M.B.A. from Colorado Technical University, and her J.D. from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law, with the honor Order of St. Ives. Ms. Poston's practice focuses on corporate, securities, and real estate law. She represents corporations, individuals, financial institutions, and buyers and sellers in real estate transactions. Ms. Poston also represents borrowers and lenders in financing transactions, including leverage lease financing of commercial aircraft and real estate financing.
