Rothgerber Johnson & Lyons LLP Welcomes Attorney David T. McGimpsey to its Denver Office

The law firm of Rothgerber Johnson & Lyons LLP (RJ&L) is pleased to welcome David T. McGimpsey as Special Counsel to the firm's Denver office.
Mr. McGimpsey joins RJ&L from the Indianapolis office of a Midwestern regional law firm, where he represented public utilities, municipal utilities, and energy project developers in both regulatory and transactional matters. He will continue his practice in the utility and energy industry and will join RJ&L's Energy and Infrastructure practice group.
Mr. McGimpsey is involved with several professional associations, including the Indiana Association of Sewer Companies, for which he served as its Executive Director, the Indiana Rural Water Association, the American Wind Energy Association and the International District Energy Association. He frequently speaks and writes on the topic of utility law, and he regularly practices before the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission.
