Rothgerber Johnson & Lyons LLP Attorney Kristine L. Poston Elected to Board of Family Tree

Rothgerber Johnson & Lyons LLP is pleased to announce that associate Kristine L. Poston has been elected to the Board of Directors of Family Tree, a Colorado nonprofit organization providing life changing social services.
Since 1976, Family Tree has provided a broad range of services and shelter to families and youth of metro Denver to overcome child abuse, domestic violence and homelessness. Last year, Family Tree provided services to more than 32,000 people, including more than 23,000 nights of safe shelter to families and individuals who might otherwise be homeless.
Ms. Poston's legal practice focuses on corporate, insurance, and real estate law. She represents corporations, individuals, financial institutions, insurance guaranty associations, and buyers and sellers in real estate transactions. Ms. Poston also represents borrowers and lenders in financing transactions.
Ms. Poston is a graduate of the 2010 Colorado Bar Association Leadership Training (COBALT) class and a graduate from the 2008-2009 Chamber 100, Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program. She is also a member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Denver and the Colorado Association of Corporate Counsel.
Ms. Poston received her Juris Doctor from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law, Order of St. Ives, and studied abroad in International Law with Cornell University Law School, hosted at the Sorbonne in Paris, France. Ms. Poston also has an M.B.A. in Project Management from Colorado Technical University and she received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Truman State University.
