Former Chief Legal Counsel For Governor Ritter's Office Returns To Private Practice with Rothgerber Johnson & Lyons LLP

Rothgerber Johnson & Lyons LLP (RJ&L) is pleased to announce that former chief legal counsel for Governor Ritter's Office, Thomas M. "Trey" Rogers, III, is returning to private law practice as a partner with RJ&L beginning March 1, 2010.

RJ&L has a one hundred year commitment to public service and to supporting the entities that govern our state and our country," said Managing Partner, Frederick J. Baumann.

Trey Rogers began his legal career with RJ&L in 1997 and will return to head its Public Law and Government Relations practice, where he will assist clients on public policy development, regulatory and legislative solutions, election law, campaign finance, and governmental strategies.

Mr. Rogers was named one of the Denver Business Journal's 40 under 40 for 2006, and was listed in the 2007 edition of "Best Lawyers in America®" in the Government Relations Law category. He is also a graduate of the 2002-03 class of the Denver Metro Chamber Foundation's Leadership Denver Program. Mr. Rogers received his Juris Doctor, with Honors, from George Washington University National Law Center and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate, cum laude, from the University of Colorado.
