Stephen E. Csajaghy Elected Partner with Rothgerber Johnson & Lyons LLP

Rothgerber Johnson & Lyons LLP is pleased to announce Stephen E. Csajaghy has been named partner with the firm. We congratulate Mr. Csajaghy for the manner in which he has distinguished himself in the practice of law and in the community.
Mr. Csajaghy is a trial attorney whose practice focuses on complex civil litigation and arbitration. He has tried and arbitrated numerous cases to verdict and argued cases before the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Colorado Court of Appeals. Mr. Csajaghy's practice includes the representation of broker-dealers and other individual and corporate defendants in connection with SEC investigations and enforcement actions, and representation of national and local corporate entities in contract, fraud and other types of complex business litigation.
Mr. Csajaghy is a volunteer for Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Colorado and a regular fundraiser for the ALS Association of the Rocky Mountains. He holds a J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law and received his B.A. in Russian Studies and International Studies from Northwestern University.
