Kenneth F. Rossman, IV Joins Rothgerber Johnson & Lyons LLP As Partner

Rothgerber Johnson & Lyons LLP is pleased to announce that Kenneth F. Rossman, IV has joined the firm as partner in its Denver office.
Mr. Rossman's practice focuses on litigating complex commercial disputes and class actions, primarily involving antitrust and securities law, in both trial and appellate courts. Prior to joining RJ&L, Mr. Rossman was a partner with Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP. He has successfully represented corporations, including numerous Fortune 500 companies, and individuals, both as plaintiff and as defendant.
Mr. Rossman graduated from the University of Virginia in 1990 and earned his J.D. with Distinction from George Mason University in 1996. After law school, he clerked for judges in two federal courts: Judge Diane Gilbert Weinstein of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and Judge Wade Brorby of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
Mr. Rossman is admitted to practice in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, and Virginia state courts, as well as before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Ninth and Tenth Circuits, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, and various U.S. district courts.
