Rothgerber Johnson & Lyons LLP Welcomes New Associates Chad S. Caby and Christopher D. Freeman

The law firm of Rothgerber Johnson & Lyons LLP is pleased to welcome, Chad S. Caby and Christopher D. Freeman as associates in the firm's Denver office.
Chad Caby earned his Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School, and his Bachelor of Arts from Drake University. His practice includes representation of debtors, creditors, and trustees in bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings, as well as workouts and restructurings outside of court. Mr. Caby joins the firm after working the past four years as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Michael Romero at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado.
Christopher Freeman earned a Masters in Taxation from New York University School of Law, a Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, and his Bachelor of Arts from The College of Wooster. Mr. Freeman represents individual and corporate clients in all aspects of tax planning, and controversy resolution.
