As part of this commitment, the firm has formalized a program called the "RJ&L Women's Network."

The purpose of formalizing this network is to communicate the firm's strong commitment to the success of its women and to enhance the visibility and recognition of RJ&L women in the legal profession, at the universities and within the firm. The goals of the RJ&L Women's Network are to:
- Provide meaningful opportunities for interaction among all attorneys.
- Provide meaningful opportunities for interaction and mentoring among women attorneys.
- Provide the opportunity to develop leadership abilities and create business opportunities for RJ&L women, by providing network opportunities and supporting their endeavors in professional and charitable organizations.
- Identify and promote the personal and professional achievement and success of our women attorneys, both internally and externally.
