The firm's summer associate program is an integral part of our associate hiring process. The firm's summer program provides law students the opportunity to get to know us, experience the law firm environment, gain some client experience, and sink their teeth into some real legal work. Our goal is to provide a realistic view of life as a practicing lawyer and as an attorney at RJ&L. The program also provides us an opportunity to work with and mentor some of the future's brightest and best new attorneys. You'll get to know us -- and we'll get to know you.
RJ&L actively recruits from regional and national law schools, looking for promising students who demonstrate excellence and would be a good fit for the firm. We generally look for students with strong academic credentials, strong work ethic, varied personal and professional interests and backgrounds, strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, and a passion for the law.
