A major component of our practice is our depth and breadth of experience in litigation. Many of the attorneys at Rothgerber Johnson & Lyons are actively representing clients in litigation, practicing before state and federal courts and regulatory agencies. We provide ongoing litigation counsel for local, regional, national, and international organizations; as well as single-matter representation for business entities and individuals.
The goal of our trial practice is to achieve a favorable resolution of disputes through effective advocacy. Efficient trial preparation and appropriate staffing promotes cost-effective representation and can possibly lead to advantageous resolution prior to trial. We deploy technology tools for case and document management in complex litigation situations.
Although trial work remains the core of our litigation practice, our trial lawyers are active in other forums as well. We represent clients at hearings before regulatory agencies and in arbitration, mediation, and other types of alternative dispute resolution. In addition, we are active appellate lawyers at all levels of state and federal courts. The scope of our litigation experience is evidenced by the number of attorneys who practice in our litigation department, and the variety of industries and legal areas in which we practice.
